Of the 8 companies confirmed to serve Watertown overall, 3 confirm offering Termite Control specifically. All 3 are ranked below on the same 6-category rubric used across Solvo Index, sorted by confidence tier first, then Solvo Score.
This filters Watertown's own confirmed roster by service. For the hub-wide Termite Control ranking across all of Boston Metro, see the full comparison.
Badges are single-fact superlatives among these 3, each tied to one sourced number, never a blended score. Not a competition for #1: a company can hold more than one.

GreenHow is the only company confirmed for Watertown with a Verified operating profile: Solvo reads its active customer count, recurring-plan rate, and customer tenure directly from its own connected system. It holds 208 Google reviews at a 4.9 Bayesian-adjusted rating, an MA Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificate plus GreenPro and QualityPro certification, and a no-contract satisfaction guarantee.
Strengths: The only Verified profile confirmed for Watertown: 4,561 active customers, a 90.1% recurring-plan rate, and 5.3-year average customer tenure, figures no other company here can currently show. Its own service-area page confirms coverage across 8 Boston Metro towns (Boston, Newton, Waltham, Dedham, Somerville, Watertown, Belmont, Chestnut Hill).
Weaknesses: GreenHow's own service-area page also lists Milton and Quincy, outside the Boston Metro hub's tracked cities, and it still doesn't offer Wildlife Control or Bed Bug Service, which excludes it from those two service rankings entirely.
A national operator (acquired by Rollins, Inc. in 2023) offering general pest control, termite service via the Sentricon system, bed bugs, seasonal mosquito/tick coverage, and commercial service through its Acton, MA branch, with free inspections.
Strengths: Broad confirmed service list, including termite coverage via the Sentricon system and a seasonal mosquito/tick/flea yard plan.
Weaknesses: This branch (43 Nagog Park, Acton, 5 employees per BBB) has 295 BBB complaints closed in the last 3 years, a very high volume for its size, against a BBB customer rating of 3.58/5 (516 reviews) and a Yelp rating of roughly 3.0/5 (~127-130 reviews, sharply bimodal). Both figures sit well below the "4.72 average from 45,000+ reviews" the company advertises. No Massachusetts-specific license number is confirmed.
Our Take: A large, well-resourced national brand, but the branch actually serving this area carries a documented, sizeable complaint pattern that its own marketing figure doesn’t reflect; get guarantee and cancellation terms in writing before signing anything.
A national brand's Massachusetts office (Winchester), offering general pest control, termite, bed bug, mosquito ("Swat Shield"), wildlife exclusion, and commercial service.
Strengths: Broad confirmed service list and full confirmed coverage across multiple Boston Metro towns.
Weaknesses: The lowest score in this batch: this Massachusetts LLC has 23 BBB complaints closed in the last 3 years against only 10 customer reviews, a recurring pattern of undisclosed billing/cancellation fees. The specific Massachusetts entity operating this office only started in January 2024, under 2 years old, despite the national brand’s marketed "20 Years of Expertise."
Our Take: Service breadth and town coverage look strong on paper, but the documented billing and cancellation complaint pattern for this specific office is serious and recent, get pricing and cancellation terms in writing before signing anything.
Same rubric as every page on Solvo Index: six weighted categories, scored 0–10 against fixed anchors, combined into a Solvo Score (0–100, capped at 97.0). Evidence Completeness sets Confidence Tier: HIGH (90%+), MEDIUM (70–89%), LOW (below 70%). A connected operating system carries a Verified tier above HIGH. Every ranked company, including #1, carries at least one published weakness.
