Same rubric as every scored page on Solvo Index: six weighted categories, scored 0 to 10 against fixed anchors, combined into a Solvo Score from 0 to 100 and capped at 97.0. Evidence completeness sets the confidence tier: HIGH at 90% and above, MEDIUM from 70 to 89%, LOW below 70%. A connected operating system carries a Verified tier above HIGH. Every ranked company carries at least one published weakness. Payment does not buy a score or a position. Full methodology: Solvo Score Methodology.
